Shanghai Shubufei International Trade Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Shubufei" or "the Company") was established on December 31, 2004. In September 2012, the Company increased its registered capital from RMB 2.5 million to RMB 20 million. Both its registered address and office location are situated in a commercial building owned by the Company's legal representative, located in the bustling Huaihai Road East business district. The Company currently focuses on exporting garments to South Africa, Europe, and Australia. Its product portfolio covers men's wear, women's wear, children's wear, spring/summer wear, and autumn/winter wear, offering a comprehensive range of products.

Since the 1980s, the Company has been engaged in the garment trade in South Africa, accumulating in-depth knowledge of the local market's characteristics, demand trends, buyer profiles, and national policies. Through years of dedication, the Company has built a strong reputation among many well-known South African buyers. This familiarity with the South African market and its established industry reputation constitute a unique competitive advantage for the Company in the South African garment export sector.

The Company's primary downstream clients are ACKERMANS and PEP STORE, both renowned large-scale chain retailers in South Africa. Founded in 1916, ACKERMANS operates over 800 chain stores across South Africa, with annual sales exceeding USD 1.4 billion. Established in 1965, PEP has over 2,000 stores and more than 12,500 employees, making it one of the largest single-brand retailers in the country, holding over 55% of the South African school uniform market. Shubufei has established long-term cooperative relationships with both companies. Due to their large scale, stable sales growth, and strong collaboration with Shubufei, both clients consistently increase their annual orders with the Company. These high-quality client resources and strong relationships are crucial drivers for the Company's rapid development.

Furthermore, Shubufei possesses extensive familiarity with the domestic garment production and supply chain. The Company is well-acquainted with numerous garment manufacturers across China and understands all aspects of production, transportation, and customs clearance for exports. This enables it to implement standardized quality management and cost control across the upstream supply chain, thereby reducing operational risks and costs.

The Company's upstream suppliers primarily consist of fabric processing factories in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Anhui, Jiangxi, and other regions. Through centralized procurement, the Company significantly reduces fabric purchasing costs, creating a differentiated advantage that is difficult for competitors to replicate in the short term. This further strengthens its core competitiveness in the South African garment export industry.

China is South Africa's largest trading partner and its largest source of imports. Textiles and related products, including garments, are among South Africa's primary imports. South Africa's light industry is relatively underdeveloped, and its manufacturing sector lags behind; locally produced garments meet only about 60% of domestic demand. Consequently, there is substantial market demand in South Africa for textiles and garments. In recent years, South Africa's demand for imports from China in the garment sector has grown rapidly. Even during the 2008–2009 financial crisis, South Africa's demand for Chinese garment imports remained strong, and clients did not reduce their orders during this period. The robust market demand in South Africa for "Made in China" products provides a favorable market environment for the Company's rapid business growth.

Since 2014, the Company has established its own fixed production bases in Newcastle, South Africa, and in regions such as Henan in Central China, employing over 10,000 people across these facilities, with corporate assets reaching the scale of one hundred million RMB. In recent years, the Company's export volume has grown steadily year by year, consistently ranking among the top private export enterprises in Huangpu District. It is recognized as a key international trade enterprise supported by the Huangpu District Government.

We believe that through our continuous efforts and dedication, the Company will achieve even greater success. We warmly welcome talented individuals from all fields to join us and grow together with the Company.
